Serkanet Refund Policy

At Serkanet, we do our best to ensure our services and products meet our customers’ needs and expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the conditions for a refund are as follows:

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

• Digital and downloadable services and products (such as files and templates) are not eligible for a refund once they have been downloaded or used.

• For custom design projects (logo, branding, web design, etc.), a refund is only possible if the design process has not yet begun.

• The cost of completed or in-progress services (such as content creation, graphic design, or printing) is non-refundable.

How to Submit a Request

To submit a refund request, please:

1. Send an email to support@serkanet.com.

2. In the email, include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process

• Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.

• If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Special Cases

• In case of a technical issue or system error on Serkanet’s part, customers will be entitled to a full refund at no cost.

• Serkanet reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse or violation of our terms and conditions.
